Forget the “Kraken” For a Moment…Here’s Team Trump’s Very Real Legal Shot at Winning Georgia

In order for President Trump to hold onto the White House that we all know he won by a massive landslide, three things need to happen:

We must overturn the current state of fraudulent affairs in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Georgia.

While Pennsylvania is a chaotic mess right now, Team Trump has a great shot at challenging and overturning many vote totals there.

In Wisconsin, Team Trump has asked for 2 recounts…one in Dane and another in Milwaukee.  Both of these areas were ripe with lots and lots of votes for Dementia Joe, namely in Dane County.  The margin in WI is only 20,000 votes out of 3.2 million total votes cast in 2020, so clearly, Team Trump thinks there were some shenanigans going on in these two areas and feels they can overturn a good number of votes…Team Trump will likely be targeting Wisconsin’s “same-day voter registration” with claims that the rules were not followed. I’m sure they were not followed, so this probably some legs.

But Georgia shows a real tangible and fairly doable process that will unfold in Georgia State Court, and this is where Team Trump has a very good shot at overturning the current outcome.

From Red State

The margin of Biden’s win in Georgia is only 12,500 votes, and the Trump campaign has requested a machine recount which they are entitled to under Georgia law given the narrow margin.  After that, I am expecting that the Campaign will file a Petition to Challenge the election as explained in more detail below.

There is also anecdotal information — not yet verified — that many such businesses in the metro-Atlanta area exhausted their inventory of available boxes in September and October.

To the extent they are able, what it seems the campaign is doing is cross-referencing the street addresses of these commercial mail-drop businesses against voter registration information.

The issue of the “signature matching” requirements under Georgia law — as modified by the Secretary of State in settling a lawsuit brought by the Democrat Party of Georgia — is also at issue.

Separately, Lin Wood, who is not part of the official “Trump White House Legal Team” has filed a lawsuit that includes around 20 sworn affidavits from people who were part of the recent controversial hand-count.

The Wood lawsuit, which was dismissed by a federal judge, did bring to light some abnormalities listed in those formal affidavits. Team Trump will likely use those, claiming that some voters were not legitimately registered to vote, and they may be very successful because GA has “barcode identifiers,” so it’s possible to eliminate certain ballots that were cast ballots illegally. It’s a very, very real possibility that they could identify 10k+ voters with illegal registrations.

This is the Team Trump strategy, and I think it’s a good one.

And while I love Sidney Powell, and I am 100% certain she’s onto something, I think unraveling the Dominion mess will likely take years of serious forensic analysis, and we just don’t have that time right now.
